As promised, Mark called when he was on the way to our house and was very prompt. He was very efficient when cleaning the 6 rooms we scheduled and our carpet looked very good. We did not have any stains and as he said, it needed refreshing. The service was very quick and the cleaning smell was good and fresh. I had asked that he clean one room at my mother-in-law's home across the road and he agreed to do that also. She had a large stain on a rug and he cleaned it and her carpet. She was pleased and I was also. Would definitely recommend his service and price was very fair..

Mark with Heavens Best is my 'go man' for all our carpet cleaning. We own MANY rental homes & believe me they see lots of dirt & grime. Along with other not so nice things you get from tenants. For instance today's cleaning consisted of a previous tenant that had DOGS. NOT something we allow, but it happens. Mark got the entire home cleaned & smelling like a pet had never been there! Amazing job!< I also trust Mark in my own home. If he can satisfy my OCD & pickiness, he can you. He is super nice & friendly. Is flexible when I need him immediately. Is always on time.
